Recently, we had several pieces of luggage and a bicycle sent to Lucca, Italy and contacted Gaetano at EXPLUS which is a local shipping and receiving service here. As we weren't here when these items arrived we used EXPLUS as the address destination. It went perfectly. Gaetano, the manager, was great. He communicated with us through the entire process, seemingly at all hours of the day and evening. The goods arrived safely, and when we arrived, Gaetano had his assistant Leonardo promptly deliver the items right to our door and into the apartment, 40 steps up in the building. It couldn't have gone any better and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend EXPLUS.
